I can't access the videos / my username and password don't work
If you sign up via Paypal, you will receive a "Welcome e-mail" to your Paypal e-mail address. This e-mail contains all you log in information. Please check this e-mail to see that you use the correct login information when you try to log in . Remember that the username and password are caSe SenSItive, that means that if you have any captal letters in your username or password you must type them as capital when you log in to GMC.
Your Payal e-mail address is your username to log in to the video lessons.
If you still can't log in to GMC after verifying the above, please send an e-mail to the GMC support. To be able to track your order, we need your full name, Paypal e-mail address, and the approximate time of your purchase.
I can't log in to the forum
To be able to post and chat in the GMC forum is available to GMC members only.
Signed up members need to register separately to the GMC forum, you don't have auomatic access to the forum after signing up to GMC. The registration is included in the GMC fee, and requires no additional charge.

If you already registered to the forum and can't get in, remember that your forum login is not necesarily the same as your login to the video lessons. You might have chosen a different username and password when you registered to the forum.
If you don't remember your forum username send an e-mail to GMC support.
If you don't remember your forum password, use the password recovery feature. Your password will be sent to your e-mail.
Can I download the videos at GMC?
No, it is not possible to download the video lessons at GMC to your computer. They are accessible online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Will my Paypal account be billed automatically?
If you choose to subscibe via Paypal for three or six months, your Paypal account will be billed automatically at the end of each period. You will thus have continous access to GMC.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your GMC subscription via your Paypal account:
- log in to your Paypal account
- click the subscription
- click the subcitpion number
- click cancel
You can cancel at any time, and you will of course have access to GMC the period you have paid for regardless of when you cancel. |
