Hello GMC and welcome to the final section of Blue Note In A serial, in this section we are covering the very last solo in this tune.

This lesson is probably the hardest one in whole serial since it contains a few faster legato runs at the beginning. Technique wise, there are many involved such as alternate picking, legato, bending, vibrato as well etc.

Theory wise, it's Am pentatonic scale most of the time, with a quick dive into Bb Mixolydian (over Bb7 chord) and few added notes such as Eb and B.

Try to play it with more drive/gain, this is almost heavy rock section so don't hesitate. :D

Tempo is 87 BPM, 6/8 bar, key of A minor.

I used Korg Pandora PX4D and here are settings:
SGL > HUM 10.0
US HI-G Gain 6.3 Bass 2.0 Middle 0.7 Treble 5.0
JAZ 1x15 8.0
No Mod Effx
PPDLy3 5.3
PLATE 1 1.7

Have fun! :)

P.S. This tune doesn't end with this section whatsoever, there is another main theme after, but it's 99% the same as the first part of this serial so check it out. And the very last lick in the tune is kind of an improvised lick over Am chord, use Am pentatonic and you'll be just fine.
