Hey GMC! Welcome to my new blues lesson where we will continue exploring the different blues rhythms.

In the previous lessons we talk about the shuffle. In this one we will forget it for a while and we will use 8th notes played without shuffle. I created some Steve Ray Vaughan style easy stuff for beginner and intermediate combining blues riffs with some licks creating an amazing rhythm that you could use also as a backing track.

The chord progressions is commonly used in blues I7 - IV7 - V7 in the key of E. That is why I used E pentatonic minor scale, some dominant triads and sixth intervals to compose this tune.

Tempo: 130 bpm

Bye.

Gabriel.-
